Yes! Go to My Account and select the subscription you would like to change. You can "Skip", "Cancel", or change the date of your subscription at any time.

Autoship customers always get the current online price.
Many of our customers choose to have their shipments of pet food delivered on a monthly basis, but your pet's appetites may vary. We recommend estimating how much your cat or dog eats per day (generally, 4 cups of kibble = approx. 1 pound) and multiply by 7 to find out how much they eat every week. Once you have the weekly amount, choose the bag size and frequency that works best for you.
You can adjust your bag size or delivery schedule at any time in your My Autoship page.

An add-on item is a one-time or recurring purchase that you set to ship with your next scheduled Autoship order.

If your Autoship subscriptions have the same shipping details, they ship together. Shipping details include the shipment date, order frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment method. To change these details, click any of your subscriptions on the Autoship menu.
Keep in mind, we do our best to ship items together but based on the warehouse the item ships from, they may arrive separately.
