To replace filter: Remove filter from package and rinse in clean water until all charcoal dust is removed (this is normal for this type of filter). Pull up on filter strap to remove. Place filter into the base.Snap filter strap back into place. Note: Replace filter every 6-8 weeks.

WATER/FILTER CHANGE
- Thank you for your question. The filters should be changed every 6-8 weeks. You may change the water as often as possible, however, it does not need to be changed until it is needed to be filled as the filters will filter out the water to make it safe to drink.

With the replendish waterer, can you screw the dish on the jug and then turn it over? I can only use one hand and don't think I could turn jug over
- It doesn't quite screw on as say a bottle cap does, it only goes about 1/4 turn. But with the filter, it slows down the water as it fills the reservoir so you might have time to turn it upright. This is how I do it.

Do you sell water filters in your stores?
- The filters are in the store but buying them there might not be the best thing to do. I just went in to purchase some and online they are $7.39. In the store, they were $14.99!! Ouch!!

Does ALL of the water from the reservoir empty out into the bowl?
- The water completely empties into the bowl. You may want to remove the carbon water filter so it wont remove any of your additive. It easily just pops out as it is replaceable.

- i use the 2 i have for 4 large dogs . the water are 1/2 gal size there are about 5 inches across and 2 inches deep for 1/2 gal size
