What is the best way to store the freeze dried food to maintain freshness?
- Hello! Our freeze-dried Raw should be kept in a cool dry place such as a cabinet or pantry. You can keep it in the original bag and reseal it between use or put them in an airtight container. Hope this helps! :)

My whippet eats the Instinct Raw frozen bites, but it takes up a lot of room in my freezer. If I substitute the freeze dried version (& rehydrate it), do I still have to transition slowly over a week or can I change it to freeze dried of same flavor?
- I suggest you contact Instinct directly for this. I use both the freeze dried (I do not rehydrate it) and the frozen - I mix the freeze dried with Instinct kibble & freeze dried in the AM - half and half-and mix the frozen (defrosted) with with the kibble at night my australian labradoodle loves both

I'm confused, cuz it said freeze dried raw WET (?) dog food. How the freeze dried could be wet? Is it spoiled? I don't get it, sorry. Could anyone, please, shine a light on this mystery? Thank you in advance.
