I bought my Aqueon Freshwater Aquarium Clip-on LED light at least 3 years ago and it is still working perfectly. It is on about 4-5 hours per day. It's just as bright as it was when I bought it. I'm getting ready to buy another one for another tank.

I rated this product two stars. This product doesn’t get a one star for the price. It is affordable, which is a positive. Now onto the negative. This light is dangerous. I saw the top of the housing started to warp and bubble. I touched it and burned my finger. It is a fire hazard. The clips are also not very good. I had issues with the lip of the frame on top. Wouldn’t quite sit right. If I did get it to mount straight, any bumps or shaking would cause it to flop down.

I got a cube fish tank in December. I've purchased the first light died within a few months and I bought another thinking it was a fluke. Now the second one has died. Waste of money. Will have to look into another option

No small bowls are not made for lights, heaters or filters. I suggest getting a 5 gallon tank.

It would not cover the entire tank. It is fairly small. You could use it though. Just know it may look a little silly and will not cover much.

What are the dimensions? There is no frame of reference without knowing the size of the tanks in the pictures.
